Our household shifting service covers complete packing of all items — furniture, appliances, electronics, crockery, clothes and personal items. We bring all materials, prepare an inventory list, load goods onto the transport vehicle, and unload and place items at your new home.
Yes. Large appliances are wrapped in stretch film and moving blankets and secured during loading. For multi-door refrigerators and front-load washing machines, we use additional foam padding and wooden crating if required.
Each item is individually wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in double-walled cartons with foam padding on all sides. Cartons are labelled "fragile" and placed on top of other boxes during loading.
Absolutely. We prefer the customer or a representative to be present during packing. You will be asked to verify the inventory list before the vehicle leaves. It is also the best time to point out any high-value items that need extra care.
Any damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. If you opted for transit insurance, the claim is filed with the insurer. Without insurance, we assess the claim in good faith. Refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details.
